She turned off of Joliet road onto Wolf road going north. She stated she saw a woman in a White wool type coat with a hood. You May say to yourself so what but the woman had no feet hands or face. She was also running at an amazing speed through a heavily wooded area. She said the coat she was wearing slightly below the knee area. My mom said she turned     to look to see her face as she was passing her she thought that the Hood was covering it but there was no face. She also stated that no way could any human run with that kind of speed between thick Brush and trees. After she passed her she looked back in her side mirror and rear view mirror but the lady had vanished. She was really creeped out!.
