Wheaton, Illinois Ghost Tales    While attending the 2009 Dupage County Fair in Wheaton, my friend and I attended the free concert (The Cab and The Academy Is...). At the time, nothing seemed out of the ordinary but upon reviewing some pictures I came across a photo depicting a very fibrous and seemingly fuzzy orb. This orb is much different than the one on the far right of the picture in both size and texture. Some of the deceased don't want to rest in this municipality. Some people who live here say there are no spirits, but if you are courageous enough to stay for the night in Wheaton, you may perhaps distinguish a spirit for yourself. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The spirit of a female having the sign of the devil cut into her forehead is frequently spotted staring through house windows in Wheaton       around midnight. It has been said that this precise ghost likes terrifying foolish folks who have the courage to disturb the serenity in Wheaton. The ghost of a lady with a knife in her heart has allegedly been noticed on many occasions rummaging around in garbage cans on a Wheaton street. According to what the local residents claim, this spirit   likes frightening unwise folks who come seeking spirits in Wheaton. Nevertheless, this phantom certainly is bloodcurdling; one that you wouldn't want to run into in the early morning hours. A female having the head of a beast can regularly be spotted hovering in the air like a balloon in Wheaton. The phantom of a gentleman with half his head absent can be made out frequently in Abbeywood Park around midnight smoking a cigar. People here who have observed this phantom claim this phantom can be the soul of a local person who passed on here in Wheaton before the present. The ghost of a young lady wearing a bloody wedding gown has sometimes been seen in Churchill Woods at night climbing a giant tree. A decapitated female is occasionally seen down beside the water at Centennial Beach gripping a cranium. A local man argues that this phantom could be a distinguished former time dweller of Wheaton. The ghost of a nine foot massive man can occasionally be witnessed at Fawell Dam on a dark night weeping. The ghost of a female having half her head not there has regularly been observed flinging bricks into the water at Kress Creek in the early morning hours.
