One halloween night in 1963 my friends and I went there to talk to the dead. When we got there we were so frightened that we ran into the neighboring field. We had never been there before but there was an abandoned House with two old apple trees in front. There were two older men living in it and they had Only candles burning and there was a small fire in the fireplace. We went to     the door (on a dare) and one of the men opened it up! We thought it was vacant. He was so Nice and he said ''trick or treat? '' and I said yes. He invited us in and gave us hot cider and doughnuts and introduced us to his Friend who gave us popcorn balls. They were very Nice and we didn't even think to be scared after meeting them. They asked us where we had been that night and we told him. He talked with the other Man who smiled and quietly whispered something in his ear.
