To the outsider Wilmington, Illinois appears like a normal settlement, but this is a settlement where the living dead pace the avenues during the night time. Some of the passed away decline to stay underground in this municipality. Not everybody trusts in the tales the people who live here tell, but Wilmington is filled with tormented spirits just waiting to spook you.
