I could write a book about all of the ghost sightings that I've encountered but I will tell you about the most recent one. It all happened at my last house that I live in for 20 years. I was about 16 at the time.
Well one day at around 7 pm me and my friend was hanging out like we did everyday since she lived right down the road and she was telling me about some crazy TV show she just watched. It was really weird why the show disturbed me so much what she was telling me but I didn't think to much about it.

Then me and her got thirsty and decided to go downstairs to get something to drink. And that's when I saw it. Once I came down the stairs and turned the corner I stopped dead in my tracks and my friend ran right into me.

At first I heard her say why did you stop? Then she knew. There was this shadow figure that had to be at least 7 ft. Tall and it was hunched over keeping very still. Since it was evening time we had a nightlight on and I could see the blackness of the figure and the light reflected off it at the same time.
Of course I stood there frozen staring at this thing just inches from me. It was like it was scared too because it wouldn't move. Then all at once it whooshed into the bathroom realizing it was trapped I've seen it fly into the kitchen.
Once all that happened I flew straight up in the air onto the back of one of the office chairs. I fell down and stood up really quick and looked at my friend and said did you see that? Once she said yes I just kept repeating over and over oh thank god I'm not crazy.
