A female with no head can be seen often striding through a flat in the vicinity of Cedar.

The phantom of a young female with a cord around her neck has sometimes been perceived searching for a man quite near Webster State Park. People here who have made out this ghost say this ghost is the ghost of a vacationer that was murdered while journeying through Cedar long ago.
