The phantom of an elderly cleaning lady has every so often been made out coming into view in a bedroom mirror. Several of the folks who live here assert this phantom enjoys terrifying unwise people who are bold enough to interrupt the serenity in Chase. In any event, it's a bloodcurdling phantom that is better not upset.

The phantom of a homeless guy can occasionally be witnessed after midnight hurrying after a passing Dodge on a shadowy road close to Chase. It has been argued that this exact ghost could be the spirit of a person who lived here who died here in Chase some decades ago. Regardless of what folks articulate, it is certainly a chilling ghost that you do not want to meet in the early morning hours.
