Coats, Kansas Ghost Tales I was in Coats at the cemetery one night around 10pm with a friend from out of town putting flowers on her mothers grave and no one else was around. When we pulled in we both saw random flashes of light. I just waited in the car cus I had a bad feeling..and then I heard what was like a flapping noise and she said she heard it too. And it kept getting closer and closer. And she got back in the car and then we looked out the sunroof of the car at the same time and we both saw a floating green light. And we drove around slowly to see if we would hear it again but after the green thing disappeared it wasn't heard again!! That was freaky. And we have been there at like midnight and later and nothing ever happened. We're never going back there at night again. We both felt that thing wanted us out of there!.
