and walk. It used to be a lot more out of the wind and more protected. I used to walk up there when I lived a few blocks from it. The Elk is from the Brotherhood or Elks club. It's where LeDuc's Gym is located now. It used to have several members and a restaurant in the basement. I have never seen it move or change direction. I have seen or more to the point heard it being shot at late at night by drunk idiots with guns. It's got lots of bullet holes

is a tall angle on a pedestal that is from the 1800s that people used to say comes to life at night looking for lost kids and people in her cemetery doing bad things. Like drinking, messing with the graves. The locals encourage that story to stop the college kids destroying the cemetery and messing with the graves of loved ones.
In one night back in the 1980s over 100 grave stones were damaged by drunk college students with nothing better to do
