This happened to me a bout three months ago. I was having a dream a bout jumping on a House then I was walking up to a grave yard then back to the House then I went in the house, and the door flew off and I woke up and a hand was putting pressure on my leg and chest and I couldn't breath that well so I tried sitting up and turning     to my side then a dark figure was standing right at the top of the stairs which is like two feet from my bed and it vanished. My moms boyfriend told me that a Man lived there a while back and the House was in a different location at the time but I guess the Man died in the house. There are glasses and cups and plates geting broke all the time when we are out. I have always believed in ghosts and spirits and this was pretty Cool I mean my heart was beating but I wasn't freaked out by it.
