We owned the building about 3 years but only stayed there a few months. One Day as my husband & I were going down the stairs from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor I looked up at him & said ''goodbye''- the voice that came next was not his.. A woman replied ''goodbye'' before he could speak! It was very Clear and Plain and came from in between where he     & I were standing. We were both xtremely taken back by this and left the building. One night as we were sleeping I woke up around 3am to what sounded like footsteps? At that moment our little yorkie ran over next to my sons bed where the sound seemed to end (my son was dead asleep at this point) and was looking up at nothing and growling. The next thing I knew my sons bed was violently shaking I was frozen with confusion and shock. My son woke up and started screaming and ran from the bed- at that moment it stopped.
