A short stout creepy looking woman has reportedly been seen crawling and creeping near the parking lot of the city pool at night. She is rumored to be looking for her cat that drowned there about a decade ago.

She also is rumored to have grown up in an insane asylum. Some say when by the pool at night they see a cat softly hovering over the empty pool... And a woman meowing trying to catch it's attention.

In fort Scott Kansas at the popular place 'rock creek'... I went camping over the summer there with friends. We were being crazy just hanging out and having fun... Us six being the only ones there. Well after our fun night we drifted off to sleep in two separate tents.
