A glow-in-the-dark human form can be observed very often staggering from home to home in the early morning hours on a Gypsum lane.

The ghost of a young-looking guy having on a coat has sometimes been observed in Kanopolis State Park quite near the ranger station howling. One of the people who live here confidently alleges that this phantom is that of a local person who dwelled here in Gypsum some time ago.
