Salina, Kansas Ghost Tales | |

I lived near Indian Rock Park for most of my young life and on more than one occasion, I along with several of the neighborhood kids saw what appeared to be spirits lurking in the bushes and walking through the tall grass on Indian Rock and around the houses of the surrounding areas.

Back in the mid 1980's my sister and I and 3 other girl friends were out and about very late on A Sat. night, which was actually Sun. am between 2 & 3. We went to Lakewood Park and went around where the hiking trails start. We had only been stopped for a few seconds when we were going to get out of the car and we heard children ''chanting''. All 5 of us heard it and it was so early in the morning that we knew kids wouldn't be outside at that time. Needless to say, we DID NOT get out of our vehicle and we immediately left the area. It was a very creepy experience and we've never been able to figure out what it could have been other than ''ghost kids''?.

US city, but after the light of day has ended one may witness some scary things. Things take place here that can't be scientifically explained. Several residents argue these stories are lies, but the undeceased souls of Salina are all too real.

that turned into a vampire has been distinguished on a few instances in a Salina secondary school before dawn walking the halls. Residents who have made out this spirit claim this spirit is the undeceased spirit of a long departed Salina local.
A glow-in-the-dark human character can from time to time be spotted trying to touch something in Kenwood Park around midnight.
The spirit of a pregnant lady was seen in a mirror in a Salina trailer; the ghost was exclusively visible in the mirror. The ghost nodded to the watcher.
A decapitated man showed up floating down Dry Creek around midnight. The phantom was swallowed by the night after being distinguished. Whatever folks articulate, it's sure a terrifying ghost that should be avoided.
The ghost of a doctor with a bloody uniform was distinguished in a house close to Salina. Panicked by the bystanders the ghost made its way into the dark. Locals claim that this ghost is the ghost of a vacationer that was murdered while traveling through Salina in the past.

her head and right arm and right leg amputated appeared calling out names at Saline County State Lake Dam late in the night. When perceived the ghost came within reach of the onlooker who then ran off. Nonetheless, this ghost indisputably is bloodcurdling; one that you wouldn't wish to bump into at the stroke of midnight.
