Mostly on stormy nights, you can see children playing in the cemetery over off of SE 10th and Californa. They appear to be very young children just running and playing. I've walked by myself and walked though it on a stormy night and let me tell you. The kids are very playful. Submitted by Jessie

A woman hauling her head underneath her arm may be perceived very frequently articulating into the air before dawn by a mailbox in Topeka.
