Mostly on stormy nights, you can see children playing in the cemetery over off of SE 10th and Californa. They appear to be very young children just running and playing. I've walked by myself and walked though it on a stormy night and let me tell you. The kids are very playful.

The day hours in Topeka, Kansas are the same as day hours anywhere else, but tormented ghosts of the past in this city don't appear to aim to pass on. Things go down in this town that can't be explained. A number of residents claim these stories are lies, but there in fact are terrifying things

A woman having the head of a leprechaun may often be distinguished

viewing the scenery from the pinnacle of Burnett Mound on a dark night.
A woman hauling her head underneath her arm may be perceived very frequently articulating into the air before dawn by a mailbox in Topeka.
The ghost of a guy with half his head lost has occasionally been spotted reading a book on the water's edge of Forty and Eight Lake.
A beheaded female is sometimes witnessed taking pleasure in the view at Lake Afton Dam late in the night. People declare that this ghost might be a renowned days gone by inhabitant of Topeka.
