I was 19 years old and we rented a farm house with a screened in porch. We always had something going on and was in and out with some friend over on 17th and Bucannon. It looked to be a two story where we partied a lot and the house was always full with friends of ours.
One night it was just me, the 3 owners, and a girl, we just got finished eating dinner and I was playing NBA Live 99 with a friend while the other 3 were cleaning up dinner. This was a chilly night for us just chilling at the house.

We heard very loudly somebody stomp up the stairs and slam a door, we all looked at each other in disbelief. The first question was who just came in the door and went upstairs. But from where I was sitting me and my buddy had a full view of the front door.

Out of fear the owners said no way that didn't just happen, but we were all there and there was no denying what had happened. Later the girl living with us said that she came down one morning and a candle was lit by the lazyboy and ''Ghost in the Darkness'' was loaded in the VCR… the fears of my friend's kids which he had partial custody of were now being taken seriously.
She moved out within a couple days. One by one our lives started falling apart, my mom died of cancer, financial problems, and the icing on the cake was getting robbed at gun point.
