Webber, Kansas Ghost Tales


From a distance Webber, Kansas seems like your typical city, but this city is haunted by the living dead once the sun is down. Paintings move about, talk from nothing. People who have never spent the night in this town will say to you it's a pack of lies, but if you have the courage to stay overnight in Webber, you might catch a glimpse of a phantom for yourself.

These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently.

The spirit of a bum has sometimes been distinguished stacking boulders at Lovewell Dam in the early morning hours.

The ghost of a youthful woman soaked in blood is sometimes noticed in Cedar Point Recreation Area very late at night burying a dead body by a big rock. One of the local residents steadfastly says that this ghost takes pleasure in scaring unwise people who come looking for ghosts in Webber.

The ghost of an old sorceress has purportedly been distinguished on a small number of occasions at Bean Creek at the stroke of midnight chucking rocks into the flow.

    guy with a large hole through his chest was spotted gardening in the back yard of a building in Webber. Numerous reports of this ghost have been reported. A number of of the locals say this ghost can be the spirit of a local who passed on here in Webber long ago.

A man with the head of a demon was distinguished seated on a stool in a residence in Webber. Other people nearby have had comparable experiences with the same ghost.
