Aurora, Missouri Ghost Tales I lived in what used to be an old morgue where both residents died from old age and they used to walk into the kitchen and poor themselves a drink. Once I heard a cup set down on the counter and when I walked around the corner in the middle of the night I saw the light from the fridge and then the door slowly shut.  Besides hearing old music of records playing even when we moved out and nothing was left in the house, you could always hear footsteps and the feeling of being watched.  But something darker lived there.  Something in the basement.  When we moved in, the old examination tables were still there and there was a mysterious hose hanging out of the wall that only the imagination could tell its use.  One day after returning from a long family trip (nobody with a key for miles) I found all my posters ripped in half and one of two adult tigers and three cubs had been placed specifically on my bed with all the eyes poked out from behind.  On the floor laid an empty cup that had been smeared as if thrown against the wall.  During slumber       parties it was the realest haunted house come Halloween.  Almost as if there was a door to the other side on that night.  Others would agree. Submitted by Cassandra       Category: morgue I live in what they call (north town) in aurora and there have been multiple strange things happening in my home like   the radio turning on late at night on an oldies station and doors slamming shut and there were a few occurrences where it sounded like someone opened the front door and ran through the house and out the back door, we can actually feel the vibration of the foot steps yet no one was there and we also see a black shadow going down the hall way and into my room where most of the incidents happen. one time my roommate came out of a room across the hall from mine and saw a man standing with his back to my closed door with his hands out like telling her to stay out, the elderly lady that lives next door says that is why the last family moved out of the home, their children were being terrified by someone at night! she also says that multiple past residents have complained to her about the same things happening in the home. she believes that there was a child killed or a child that died form a sickness in the home many years ago nothing has happened recently though and I hope that it stays that way.
