Bonne Terre, Missouri Ghost Tales This took place around 1960 I just turned 14 and My farther just purchased a house on 210 Fite St. It was a old Victorian House with some history. Well My farther and I would always hear strange things in the house like people in our attic, which you can only get there by going through his room. I used to read up there all the time until one night we actually heard what sounded like a conversation, my dad; thought it was this one boy who liked me so he went up to his room where the noise was coming from, he had seen a small child a woman and a man, the small child looked at him and laughed and tossed one of my books at him. Needless to say he sold the house and we never returned. My next-door neighbor had told me that there was a family there that was murdered by five men who broke in the man was stabbed and the child was smothered and they took the woman. Local law enforcement later found the body of the woman in a ditch on vo-tech RD eight weeks later. According to the police the woman was only dead for two days.  . Well there is a saying that if you go in front of the train station, you will hear kids playing and then a little girl scream.From what I read back in the   late 1800s early 1900s a little kid was killed on the tracks!! And till this day at midnight you can hear everything even the train!!!!.
