Clarksburg, Missouri Ghost Tales Well I use to live in a big house in Clarksburg. It was the last house on the left of Washington street, it was ok in the daytime hours but as soon as supper started so did the ghosts. I was young when I lived in this house but all the things that I encountered still stay in my head. There was always stuff moved stuff seen. I remember a young girl in the hallway to go to the garage, she looked about ten she was wearing a white night gown and also sometimes early in the morning you could hear her say time to go to school and a name that we could never make out. And at the room at the bottom of the stair case the rooms lights would flicker and radios would turn on or up in the room. My family had an old rocking chair in the living room that would rock back and forth. The upstairs was the scariest because there has been a sighting of a very tall man figure. My family moved away out of the house and a friend of mine babysitter for the people that moved in, and me and my other friend was over there helping babysit and as soon as the door shut       and we sat down to watch a movie to entertain the kids a voice says ''GET OUT!'' and we hear a click sound and the lamp blows out. Me and my friend jumped up and left our friend in there to watch the kids herself.
