Comment by Lacy: I went to Cuba School, heard the same rumor when I was in middle school lol.
Comment by Olivia: I used to go to Cuba. I never saw sightings, but I talked to another janitor that knew Joe. He said he didn't know him that well, but he did die of a ladder incident. They don't know if he fell or if he was pushed, but there is a Joe for sure.

I ate lunch with Joe. I was in a classroom waiting for a teacher when the door shook. Then the lights turned off. I saw a ghostly figure standing in the doorway. He was holding a paintbrush and paint can.
He stood there for several seconds scanning the room. When he realized that he didn't want me he disappeared through he door and I never saw him again.
