1987; while house sitting, a little girl was seen at the top of a staircase crying, the eye wittness (me) freaked out, went outside and sat there until my boyfriend got home. This was during the day. The house has been torn down (on the main highway) and a gas station has been put in it's place. She was wearing a short white dress and her hair was all fixed up...she was sitting on the top step with her elbows on her knees and her face in her hands crying.
