The phantom   mumbled about revenging a slaying. A local person argues that this ghost is that of a local who existed here in Durham in the past. Regardless of what people say, this is an antagonistic ghost that any wise person wouldn't want to bump into. A guy's body having the head of a horse became visible at Bimson Dam before sunrise taking pleasure in the view. The eye witness became frightened and escaped.
