A man with no head may frequently be perceived tossing bricks into the flowing water   at Crites Creek in the early morning hours before sunrise. It's been claimed that this specific ghost could be the spirit of a resident who passed away here in Ellsinore long ago. Regardless of what people utter, this phantom certainly is creepy; one that you shouldn't go seeking. An extraordinarily scary spirit may be seen often around midnight studying Bear Mountain Hollow in detail. One thing is for sure, this is a horrible phantom that is rather not messed with. The phantom of an aged gold digger with a large mustache and a wooden right leg has sometimes been seen at Carnahan Lake Dam before sunrise looking at the landscape. According to the folks who live here, this ghost may very well be a distinguished days gone by native of Ellsinore. The ghost of a waitress is every now and then witnessed flying across The Gulf before dawn. Lots of locals assert this ghost is most likely the struggling ghost of a local person who used to live here in Ellsinore.
