It was summer and our famlies were camping at the lake. My Friend josh and I were setting on the Beach area and just off of the dock we saw a Man in a boat. He was a Blue color and the boat made no sound. He turned and looked at us and you could see that he had a bucket hat on and the hat had a rip     in it. He was Only visible for a few seconds and then he disappeared. My brother and other Friend were still in the water and did not see the ghost.
