Although I CAN say that wandering around in town at night does give me the creeps. This place is just so old and eerie..... But I'm not sure     I believe its HAUNTED. Most of the center was originally a veterans hospital. the hall that the narcotic team stayed in had a mental ward on the forth floor with shatter proof mirrors still intact,. When the painters went up to remodel they would pass rooms with open doors and when they passed again, the doors would be closed and locked from the inside.
