Custom Search Fairdealing, Missouri Ghost Sightings   I grew up in Fairdealin and the house my aunt and uncle lived in was haunted. Every spatula in the house would come up missing this happened for many years. While renovating the house the spatulas were fond together in the attic in a spot almost impossible to get to. Also we have all seen a face of a man who hanged himself in a tree every so often at dusk the face could be seen. In the early 60's my grandfather owned     this land and while plowing the fields with mule and plow he said he saw the ground open up the dust started to swirl and the figure of a being rose up from the ground. The mule ran to the barn and would never return to the field where this happened. Several people were murdered or killed themselves on this property. This area used to known as Fowlerville. I have always felt watched and uneasy on this property is very close to Indian mounds and 1 mound on the land may have been plowed under .
