It's been alleged that this specific ghost enjoys startling foolhardy folks who have the nerve to disrupt the silence in Forest City. A luminous human figure may from time to       time be observed seeking a bag at Bailey Lake Dam late in the night. The spirit of a pregnant female has frequently been noticed munching on a hotdog up on the top of Lookout Mountain.
