12 am-3 am normally. I looks like it's one of those stupid Halloween witch cats but this one is about three feet tall and is blacker then hell. But when I car comes driving by it blocks out the head lights but the where it should've been standing the car goes right though it. But I don't see the head lights for about two seconds. Has anyone else seen this thing?. Submitted by Zero
Comment by Mp: This one is true... I was on patrol at FLW a few years ago and saw the same thing in the housing area down by Jadwin Street, I think it was (hard to recall the street name). That area has a quite a bit of strange things that happen. A certain house had one of those green plastic turtle sandboxes that are pretty common, the ones that have the lid for them. It seemed like every night I could drive past it early on at about 2300hrs or so and the lid would be on and everything was normal then around 0200 or 0300 the lid would be off with toys scattered around. Several people had complained about hearing children in the area playing in their yards or the parks down there. But I can tell you first hand from being on patrol there were never any kids outside after dark.
But yes the black cat ghost is real. A lot of people complained about it to animal control and I had seen it once but always thought it was a mountain lion that got on post that got spooked and ''disappeared'' until I heard all the other information on it.

We recently moved on base and was excited to have a place with a larger yard for the dogs to run around. Every night I feel as if people are watching me. Not only at night in bed but outside in the yard as well. Our back yard is surrounded with a patch a woods and it is an eerie feeling. One day as I got ready in the bathroom the door knob rattled and the side door slammed shut as if my husband was home but when I looked the door was wide opened after I had locked it! The only other thing that bothers me is that my daughter says she sees someone at night.
