Custom Search Gainesville, Missouri Ghost Sightings   I investigated the old run down church and the roads surrounding it in gainesville. Bringing all my equipment I caught a childs voice. I was asking ''is there anybody here who wants to talk to me'' and when played back you could hear a child answer (sounding almost annoyed) ''we're here! ''. Also heard growling in woods nearby the site not sure if it wasn't a Mountain lion or something else we did not stay to find out!     Story is two children were killed in church by their own parents. I researched and did not find any record of this but back in those days if a child committed a ''sin'' bad enough the punishment could very well have been that the parents sent their children back to god and Felt justified to do so in a church.
