Gasconade, Missouri Ghost Tales Uhm, my house is haunted, orbs have been seen,voices heard, things being thrown, broken, smashed, noices,screams,scratches, I have seen the ghost she is young, and she has spoken her name to me (nicole) and my house has been up since the 1800's. There have been lots of encounters with individuals from another realm. Not everybody believes in the accounts the residents tell, but terrifying things indisputably take       place here in Gasconade during the moonlight hours. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. A lady with a half transparent body has every now   and then been spotted drifting down on Baileys Creek after midnight. A number of of the folks here say this phantom may perhaps be a celebrated past resident of Gasconade. The phantom of a gentleman wearing a law enforcement outfit is now and then observed weeping in Meramec Planning Region late at night. In any event, this is an unsympathetic phantom that is better not disrupted. The ghost of a security guard with a bullet hole in his forehead has allegedly been perceived on numerous instances leading a guided exploration of Turnpike Bluff to a party of ghosts in the early morning hours. The phantom of an old gentleman with a long gray beard may now and then be seen gazing at the water by Allgeyer Lake Dam in the early morning hours before sunrise. Regardless of what, it's a frightening ghost that you wouldn't wish to come across late at night.
