Glasgow, Missouri Ghost Sightings - PAGE 2
(...continued from the previous page)|
I moved to Glasgow in 1995. I was thirteen. We lived on second Street in a home built before the Civil War. And on the 13th night of us moving in (the end of July) I was laying in bed and looked over at my bedroom door and there stood a little boy! Honestly!!! He was about seven maybe eight years old.
Short and dressed in knickers and an over coat. Like theyd of worn when the house was built. He just stood there and gazed at me! I looked for
about 30 seconds at him! Screammed ''moom!!! '' and he still just looked at me! After about three minutes of screamming and looking at him he was gone.|
I know is I will forever see that little boys face!.|

Me and a buddy went driving to his hometown of Glasgow MO and he told me about the church where they supposedly burned over 400 bodies of Civil War soldiers. Upon entering the grounds we both felt a cold chill and began to tear up for no apparent reason.
Then as we started back to the car we heard the sound of a snare drum clearly. We drove around town to different areas and could hear the drum clearly everywhere. We found out the next day that his cousin had died that morning at 2:30 am, the time we felt and heard the chill, sadness, and the drums.
