Custom Search Hayti, Missouri Ghost Sightings Hayti PAGE 1   2   3     In Hayti there is a road called woman's club road that connects Hayti and Caruthersville through a back road. Coming from the Hayti side there is an overpass that I myself know is haunted because of personal experience. To see this ghost you must go under the overpass and turn around so you can be facing it like you are going back into Hayti and turn off your carlights. I always sit about 200 feet from the overpass. Sometimes     it takes longer than others but a large light goes over the road. Most people believe that it's cars going over the overpass but it happens when cars aren't even going across it. People who have seen it believe that it is either a woman who froze to death during the ice storm or one of the people who use to live in the House in that area. Who it is we'll never know but it always sends chills down my spine.
