Other nights I'll Wake up around three for no reason but most of the time I can go right back to sleep. There's also random cold spots in the house... A couple of months ago my mother was freaking out because a chair was right next to her bed. Then last night she woke up to a womans voice calling out     for help and a red light. On top of that my cat's been freaking out lately.... What am I suppose to do if it gets worse!!.
