This building is now part of the high school but was then a grade school building. My son went to grade school there several years later and he told me about hearing a little child laughing in the hallway when they were walking from class in single file to the auditorium to an assembly. The teacher was trying to figure out which student was laughing     but no one was. There is a Story that a girl fell out of a window in this building Many years ago and there was a custodian who either fell or intentionally killed himself in the auditorium.
