Daylight in Jefferson City, Missouri is exactly the same as daylight anywhere else in this country, but this city is ruled by struggling ghosts of yesteryear. Some of the departed don't want to rest in peace in this city. Not everybody believes in the tales the locals tell, but the undeceased may well show themselves to you if you stay an extra day in Jefferson City.

City residential street. Scores of residents assert this ghost is the struggling spirit of an old Jefferson City local resident.
An old knight's armor with no human being inside is rumored to have been perceived on a few occasions conversing into the air in Binder Memorial Park in the early morning hours before sunrise.
A half transparent gentleman clothed as the skipper of a oil tanker has often been observed studying Frog Hollow in detail at the stroke of midnight. People here say that this ghost is that of a local resident who existed here in Jefferson City some time ago.

street bum may be noticed time and again heaving pieces of wood into Hough Park Lake at the stroke of midnight. One of the residents decisively declares that this ghost could be the spirit of a local
person who passed on here in Jefferson City before the present.
The ghost of a young-looking female soaked in blood has every now and then been made out staring at the water by Anderson Lake Dam
at night. In any event, this is an unfriendly spirit that you wouldn't wish to bump into in the early morning hours before sunrise.
The ghost of an old sorceress is every so often observed staring
through home windows in Jefferson City at night.
A woman's body having a lizard's head has been said to have been witnessed on one or two occasions going through garbage container on a Jefferson
City residential street. A number of of those who live here claim this phantom is in all probability the undeceased phantom of a resident who used to reside here in Jefferson City.

having the head of a devil can from time to time be made out floating in the air like a helium balloon in Jefferson City. According to the local residents, this spirit is the undeceased spirit of a long
departed Jefferson City local person.
A partly rotten human corpse was made out gazing at a man slumbering on a futon in a house in Jefferson City. Several sightings of this ghost have been reported.
The
ghost of a grower wearing a worn hat materialized in a grocery store in the Jefferson City area. Other folks in the neighborhood have had comparable incidents with a very similar ghost. According to what
the residents assert, this ghost is the ghost of a visitor that was murdered while journeying through Jefferson City many years ago.
A young-looking girl wearing a blood-splattered wedding dress
was made out in Finger Lakes State Park by the park headquarters gazing crossly at the bystander. This is one of those ghosts that is observed frequently in the vicinity. Regardless of what people articulate,
it's a creepy spirit that any sensible person wouldn't wish to encounter.

here who have seen this spirit argue this spirit enjoys startling folks who come trying to locate spirits in Jefferson City.
