A woman with her head and left arm and right leg cut off was distinguished staring at the water by Ecklund Lake Dam after midnight. The spirit didn't care that there was somebody other near.
An army outfit pacing around lacking a body in it became visible in Dogwood Hollow on a dark night smoking a cigar. When the viewer became visible the spirit ran off. In any event, it is indisputably a menacing ghost that you would not want to run into very late at night.
