It is a Fine building; however I have found no mention of the structure being the oldest in rocheport. It would have to have been built before or around 1820. As far as the haunting others have experienced unusual phenomena in the house. With a history extending back into the 19th Century certainly others could have had experiences.     Best of luck. As a proud Rocheport resident I have never seen anything ''spooky'' here... Just a Nice glimpse into well preserved Missouri past and a very peaceful place to live.
