The father of a family who once owned the building was said to have murdered one or more of his family members there. He then burned the bodies downstairs towards the front of the store. You can clearly see the joists above show the charred Marks of a fire. I have always had the feeling of not being alone when in that     basement. From the first Day we moved in my brother and I always had this sensation of someone watching us. The House would creek and moan at night. This was enough to disturb me and my brother a bit.
