In a house in Utica that is currently owned by two postal employees there has been many sightings of a man dressed in prison gaurd clothing that roams the property. The ghostly gaurd has been known to walk the deck of the property as if he was walking the wings of a prison. The residents of the house has also reported being woke to the sound of a man yelling, ''Sit up for count''.
