I had just passed the ball to a friend when I saw movement out of the corner of my eye. I witnessed the dummy slowly turning until it finally stopped, at which point it appeared to be staring out the window. Needless to say, we all left in a hurry. Other sightings include something at Shawnee Bend in between the Golf Course and the Boat Ramp,     Kaysinger Bluff (visitors center) a house across from the Benton County Museum, The View Bar and Restaurant, Corner Gardens Bar and Restaurant, and assorted farmhouses and areas in the woods.
