There is one of these dwellings that harbrs a dark secret. In apartment #4 it is said that a Young girl hung herself 50 years earlier during a school dance. She had asked a Young man to dance but was rejected. The Young man was actually her half brother by another woman. The Young man knew this and when he informed     her of the truth she was devastated and left the dance to hide in one of the classrooms. While there her grief was so Strong that she hung herself and was not found until Monday morning. It is said that even now she can be heard walking the Halls at night sometimes singing. People have repored that her presence can be Felt and some have woken up with the feeling that someone is watching them as they sleep.
