He seemed to be carrying a lantern. His clothing was not of this time.  We turned around but he seemed to vanish into thin air.  I believe he is connected to the old mansion that sits not far away.  The yound girl who died in the mansion is also said to have been  playing tricks on     the local contractors who were building some new houses near the mansion.  Their tools were always being moved around. .
