The ghost of a shackled up woman was perceived hurling stones into the flowing water at Black Branch at midnight. When perceived the spirit came near the observer who then escaped. In any event, this is an unpleasant phantom that you shouldn't go seeking. A female hauling   her head beside her arm became visible gazing at the water by Lake Gemay Dam before sunrise. There have been further reports about this ghost in the area. Regardless of what folks utter, it's a chilling ghost that is preferably not disrupted.
