No matter what folks utter, it certainly is a frightening phantom that should be steered clear of. The ghost of a youthful man having on a confederate uniform has every now and then been made out thinking at Hollman Dam around midnight. Folks here who have witnessed this ghost assert this ghost   loves startling folks who are bold enough to disturb the serenity in Albion. The ghost of a bum is occasionally seen marching through an Albion neighborhood graveyard.
