Wish someone could check it out! people are scared to drive by there at night! one guy said his grandma was driving up to the intersection near the cemetery and it lit up like a cross!. Things go down here that cannot be rationalized. Some people who live here assert there are no ghosts, but not everyone of the natives of Ashton are really alive. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The       phantom of a guy wearing military attire has every now and then been noticed slurping milk down at the waterfront at Sherman Reservoir. Locals allege that this spirit may be the spirit of a person who lived here who died here in Ashton many years ago.
