That was known as the College Park apartments building 2 (it originally was Bellevue university) off 19 ave. They might've been built in the 1800's there's a history of the building written across the Street on a brown wooden sign. They were freshly painted that were in need of maintenace attention and was still in need of work but cheap for obvious reasons. I was still just moving     in getting settled. I had looked up by the door's entry way the door was closed but while sitting on the floor a woman about Early fourties thin with dark long hair and a younger boy later teens tall short dark hair also were talking to someone it appeared as the door was open. They looked like a projection movie. The Walls in the apartment were steel like and couldn't put any pictures up with nails exept the wooden boarders of the room and doors.
