There have been a lot of happenings with beings from another zone. Not everybody believes in the reports the local residents tell, but anyone who has spent the night in Broken Bow, Nebraska knows better. These are some of the spooky things that have happened here recently. The ghost of a youthful Indian combatant can from time to time be made out waving to cars beside a gloomy highway in close proximity to Broken Bow. The ghost of an airliner pilot was witnessed dispatching a packet at a Broken Bow post office. When the ghost was seen it disappeared into the night. The ghost of a tough lumberjack grasping a       big axe became visible shouting in Broken Bow Historical Marker late at night. Alarmed by the bystanders the ghost faded away into the darkness. In any case, this is a nasty ghost that any sensible person would not want to bump into. A terrifying skeleton was distinguished dragging a cadaver from the ice cold water of North Branch Mud Creek   after midnight. No matter what, it is certainly a frightening ghost that you shouldn't go looking for. A gentleman that shifted shape into a vampire was spotted at Carothers Dam around midnight taking in the view. There are other testimonies concerning this ghost in the vicinity. The spirit of a pregnant lady has regularly been distinguished shining a lantern in Deadmans Canyon before dawn.
