A woman with larvae crawling out of her eyes is regularly observed peeping through residence windows in Clearwater after midnight. Whatever people state, this is a hostile phantom that should be steered clear of. The ghost of a tied up lady may often be noticed scaring folks outside Niobrara State Park. One thing's for sure, it unquestionably is a chilling ghost that you wouldn't want to come across in the early morning hours.
