The keys of a man living in the house have been stolen and 2 weeks later appeard on his pants from the night before. Things have been taken out of drawers and placed neatly on the dresser. The man living in that house said ''If there really is a ghost in the house don't mess with my keys again or ill burn this house down. Sure enough the next day around 5 p.m. an un-explainable fire had accured as the residents of that house had left. Luckily the man living ther had came back to find out his bed was on fire. A local person says that this ghost is that of a person who resided here in David City before the present. The spirit of a gravely scorched lady has once in a while been spotted in David City Park at the stroke of midnight slurping blood from a mug.
